World Humanist Day Picnic – June 25, 2022

WORLD HUMANIST DAY PICNIC – JUNE 25, 2022 11:30 AM
HARRISON PARK PICNIC SHELTER

World Humanist Day is celebrated on the summer solstice, June 21st, but that is a weekday when not everyone can attend a celebration. So, the Grey Bruce Humanists will be celebrating this special day in the Humanist calendar on JUNE 25TH, 2022 at Harrison Park in the picnic shelter beginning at 11:30 am.

Bring your own picnic food, drinks and your instruments — no matter how small.  There will be music, and the Owen Sound Poet Laureate, Richard-Yves Sitoski, will be there.  The Grey Bruce Humanists will be providing our celebration cake! We will have a sing along and enjoy our first outdoor gathering in a very long time.

Please bring your own re-useable  plates, glasses and utensils that can be taken home in our ongoing efforts to respect our environment and our planet. We would love to make this a “no-waste” event.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!
