Hope you are enjoying this mild weather. It’s been easy to take, but some of us still happily await some snow!

The next meeting of the Grey Bruce Humanists will take place at a new location, Indian Desire at 669 10th St W, Owen Sound on Wednesday, March 6 at 5:30 pm.

While Humanism seems a recent invention it has actually been around for 3,000 years. Even India had Charvaka which doesn’t believe in god or the afterlife. There also seems to be a long history of Humanist suppression by religion which is likely why we don’t hear of it in the past.
